Not as great as I hoped, likes to ride up

I had outstanding hopes for this product, but I think I may have to try something else. It have a tendancy to be a little to tight on the bust (squishy) and regarding 3 inches too short. I am having to pull it down after walking 100 ft or so. If not it all ends up on my hips. As tight as it is on the bust, the waist could use a bit more control, as that is what I was hoping for. Maybe if I sew weights to the bottom it would stay down??
